Returns & exchanges
To return your order, follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the form below with all necessary information according to the country you're returning from.
2. Print out the pre-paid return label and attach it to your MIKUTA box. (Alternatively you can scan the DHL return label's QR code at the DHL drop-off point.)
3. Take it to the closest drop-off point.
4. When received at the warehouse, your return will be processed within 4 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as we have issued your refund. The refund will be reflected on your bank statement within 2-5 business days.

In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged item, please contact our customer support at: hello@mikuta.com.
You are allowed to return purchases within 30 days.
The returned pieces can not be damaged or have any marks of usage. The returns should be sent back in the original packaging when possible. Please make sure to remove the original shipment label.
